Each Greek organization is expected to set high standards both for the organization and for its individual members. This end of term report is intended as a "check up" for each organization; the leaders of organizations should reflect upon their overall success--certainly in meeting basic expectations and requirements but more in pursuing the highest standards of excellence. Thus each Greek organization is required to complete this form at the conclusion of each semester.

The IFC/ISC has established the categories and minimum expectations and will review the efforts of each organization at the conclusion of each semester. The content of each report is also used to determine organizational compliance and annual recognition awards.
