Residential Life at Sewanee
The Residential Life Program at Sewanee involves a very high percentage of the student body. Over 98% of undergraduates live in the dormitories. Housing options for undergraduate students currently include: 14 coeducational dorms, two all male dorms, two all female dorms, and a wide variety of special interest houses.
Apply to Live in a Special Interest House during the 2014-2015 School Year
Applications for theme housing, sorority housing, and student emergency response housing are available now through March 11, 2014.
University Breaks and Holiday Calendar
All University residential facilities will close for Spring Break at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12 and reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 23. Student needing to stay on campus for any and/or all of the days of Spring Break need to register.
End of the Semester
All University residential facilities will close for the semester at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, May 8 for Freshman and Sophomore students. Juniors and Seniors may stay no later than 12:00 Noon on Monday, May 12.
